What a genuine lot record shows

  • The lot number on the COA matches the vial label exactly.
  • An accredited, independent testing lab is named (e.g. ISO 17025).
  • A measured purity by HPLC for that lot, plus mass-spectrometry identity confirmation when it was performed.
