Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you place an order or contact us — such as name, email, shipping address, and institutional details — and limited technical data (e.g. device and usage analytics) to operate the site.

To process and ship orders, provide Certificates of Analysis, respond to inquiries, maintain compliance records, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments are made directly to Hive Biolabs LLC through the payment options shown at checkout (currently bank or peer-to-peer transfer). Your transfer is handled by that provider under its own privacy terms; we keep only the order reference and the confirmation that payment was received. We never collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers, or payment-app credentials.

We retain order and compliance records as required by law. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information — contact research@hivebiolabs.com.

The Research Tracker stores your workspace (compound inventory, protocol tasks, and lab log entries) locally in your browser by default — that data never leaves your device. If you optionally sign in with a Hive profile, we store a private backup of your workspace so you can restore it on other devices. Tracker data is accessible only to your account, is never combined with order or partner records, is not used for marketing, and can be deleted at any time from the tracker (“Delete cloud copy”) or by emailing us.
