Terms of Sale

All products sold by Hive Biolabs are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not for human or veterinary use.

By placing an order you represent that you are of legal age and a qualified researcher or institution, that you will use products only for lawful research, and that you will not resell or distribute them for human consumption.

We do not provide dosing instructions, protocols, or human-use guidance. Requests for such guidance fall outside the intended use of our products and will not be fulfilled.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where intended use appears inconsistent with these terms.

Products ship with appropriate handling and documentation. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of research materials, shipped products cannot be returned or resold. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are replaced or refunded — report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and the lot number. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment.

Products are provided “as is” for research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive Biolabs is not liable for any misuse of products contrary to their intended use or these terms.
