Processing starts when your payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. Paid orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation; Priority orders confirmed before 2:00 PM MT ship the same business day. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders are fulfilled in the USA. Standard shipping (typically 3–5 business days in transit) is a flat $9.95 — free when your discounted product subtotal reaches $150. Priority shipping (typically 1–3 business days in transit) is available at checkout for a flat $19.95; the free-shipping threshold applies to Standard. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

We ship via tracked courier with appropriate handling for lyophilized material. Transit times vary by destination and the option selected at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.

Keep products sealed, cool, and dry on receipt, per the documentation included with your order. Proper storage preserves stability for your research.

Because these are research materials, shipped products cannot be returned or resold. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are replaced or refunded — report the issue within 7 days of delivery to research@hivebiolabs.com with photos and the lot number, and we’ll make it right.
