In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders are fulfilled in the USA.

We ship via tracked courier with appropriate handling for lyophilized material. Transit times vary by destination and the option selected at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.
Storage on arrival
Keep products sealed, cool, and dry on receipt, per the documentation included with your order. Proper storage preserves stability for your research.
Returns & replacements
Because these are research materials, we accept returns only for items that fail quality control on arrival or are damaged in transit. Report any issue within the stated window with photos and your batch number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
